The site is intended to be the catalyst for a large travelling contingent to the Confederations Cup.
Our main aim was to ensure that all UK (and maybe even European) based fans would be able to get tickets for all of the games. It now seems that most people have ordered their tickets. Whether they ever arrive is another matter!! You can get tickets directly from FIFA. You can get for individual games or passes for all games at particular stadia. The original plan was to buy a big block of tickets so that we would be able to make a bit of noise (Otherwise if everyone bought a few tickets here and a few tickets there our probably not too substantial supporter numbers would be scattered all over the place...). That plan didn't work too well
Most have now bought tickets, although it is fingers crossed stuff as whether they'll putus together...
You can go to http://fifaconfedcup.uk.francebillet.com/home.jsp and have a look at ticket details etc for yourself. The tickets are pretty cheap... 135, 90 and 45 euros depending on what category you want gets you into ALL FOUR games at the Stade de France which means you get to see two NZ games and a Brazil game - then you'd have to get an individual ticket for the Lyon game (or just get another stadium pass - they are cheap enough!) - the FIFA website is pretty good as it actually shows you where the different category seat are in the stadium.
Grant has kindly sent me over the Road to Spain video which I will put on at a bar in London on Tuesday 10 June. I'll sort out the deatils and let you know by this weekend...
